📝 General Conditions of Sale – Kids Health Journey

Article 1 – Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the website www.kidshealthjourneyclinic.com or via any sales funnel hosted on our Systeme.io platform.
Any natural person making a purchase (consultations, online courses, or other services) is considered a "Client".

Article 2 – Age Restrictions
Online consultations and courses are intended for parents, caregivers, and adults aged 18 years and above. ANY content for age under 18 must be with his Parents or caregiver.
If we discover that a purchase has been made by a minor without parental consent, access will be revoked and the payment refunded.

Article 3 – Services and Prices

Prices for consultations and courses are indicated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required.
Prices may be updated at any time, but the price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 4 – Orders
Placing an order on our platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Once the order is confirmed, the Client will receive an automatic confirmation email with details of the purchase.

Article 5 – Payment

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways (Mastercard, Visa, or other approved partners).
Kids Health Journey does not store credit card details.
Access to consultations or digital courses is granted only after successful payment.

Article 6 – Delivery of Services

Online consultations: Access is delivered via email confirmation with a booking link.
Digital courses: Access is delivered instantly after purchase, through a login email providing course credentials.
In case of technical issues, Kids Health Journey commits to resolving them or providing alternative access.

Article 7 – Refund Policy

Online consultations: Refunds are possible only if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Digital courses: Due to the immediate access nature of digital content, refunds are not granted after login credentials are delivered.

Article 8 – Protection of Personal Data
In accordance with international data protection regulations (GDPR / local applicable law):

By registering or purchasing, you consent to the collection and processing of your data by Kids Health Journey for communication and service delivery.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each email.
Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

Article 9 – Applicable Law
These general conditions are subject to Lebanese law.
Any disputes arising shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Lebanese courts.
