You can reschedule or cancel your consultation if you notify us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
No-show rule +
If you miss 3 consecutive scheduled consultations without rescheduling at least 30 minutes before,
we deduct 1 consultation from your VIP package.
Refund policy +
Cooling-off window: You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase only if you have not used any consultation
and have not received VIP onboarding or scheduling confirmations.
After any use: Once the first VIP consultation is used, the VIP package becomes non-refundable because the service is delivered over time and reserved for you.
Partial refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused consultations. You can continue using your remaining sessions during the 12-month validity period.
